Well, with the announcement that Elon Musk and Vivek will be heading up the Department

of Government Efficiency, better known as the Doge, with Elon and Vivek being tagged to run

the Department of Government Efficiency, which is not technically a department but will instead

be a presidential advisory committee.

However, one that I believe the President will actually listen to. This is not your

typical blue ribbon commission. I know because I've served on government commissions, and I can

tell you right now that nothing destroys your confidence in a blue ribbon commission like being on

one. But this one seems a lot different. We have the guy that took over Twitter and then axed about 75% of the employees, and everyone

predicted that Twitter was going to be gone.

It was just going to be destroyed.

It wouldn't be able to function.

And yet, here it is functioning, I would argue, far better because, you know, we don't

have all the people dedicated to censorship.

And now what we've done is we've taken the managerial efficiency of Elon Musk.

We've combined it with, I would say, both the philosophy that Vivek has become so good

at being able to articulate to a broader audience.

And now what we have is we have someone going in that is not just asking how do we make

government agencies more efficient. We actually have someone going in that is not just asking, how do we make government agencies more efficient?

We actually have someone asking the far more important question is, is this even a role of government?

Is this even a role of government?

Which is wonderful.
