Dr. Phil delves into the world of online gambling, where college men are getting swept up in a whirlwind of bets and risks. Step into the digital arena of online gambling, where college men are placing their bets and risking it all. With a surge in predatory apps and addictive platforms, campuses are becoming battlegrounds for young minds seduced by the allure of easy money. Saul, a recovering addict, says he started gambling online in high school before becoming the guy to avoid on his college campus due to his debts to bookies. Rob, another recovering addict, says he went into debt several times in college and even traveled to Australia to get away from gambling- but was in a casino within 3 hours of landing. Frank, a college sophomore, says he’s trying to cut back on gambling but it’s hard when everyone on campus is doing it and talking about it. Nick, a recent college grad, says he’s a professional sports bettor who makes a living off of a website he made to give tips and advice to other gamblers. Harry, a recovered addict, and gambling therapist, is on the front lines and says apps and websites are designed to addict young men.
