Hey everybody it's David Plough. Welcome to Campaign HQ. Well the Democratic Party is unified in totality and much earlier than I think we might have thought a couple of months ago.

So obviously, the pandemic and the economic and health impacts are the big story this week as they were last week and will continue to be maybe for years

But I'll talk about politics for a minute so

Bernie Sanders has endorsed Joe Biden in a very warm way.

He's beginning to do interviews and reach out to his supporters on his behalf,

Elizabeth Warren.

I'm recording this on Wednesday.

Endors Joe Biden today and then former President Obama put out that, I thought, fairly remarkable video yesterday talking about his support for his former Vice President.

So, you know, I think it is important in that, you know, Joe Biden has campaigned, as I've talked on this

program before, still have a lot of work to do to make sure all those that supported,

you know, Elizabeth Warren or Bernie Sanders feel like they have a home, that they're

welcomed.

Joe Biden has made some policy announcements around, you know, education,

reducing the eligibility age for Medicare, which I think will help.

But, you know, a lot of it is also going to just be smart political

work phone calls and reaching out to people and having conversations to make

sure that Bernie Sanders political supporters and organizers on the ground same thing with with anybody else who's not fully there yet.

Feels like they're being listened to and at they have a home.

But we're on our path here, I think, to Unity, and that matters, yes, it matters

in terms of the final vote total. know what percentage of the Democratic vote is Joe Biden getting I'd love to see it you know closer to 94 95 than 89 or 90

but it also you know you, you know, Barack Obama and

Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren and Kamala Harris and P. Buda Judge and Amy Klobajar,
