Find a comfortable position in your sleep space,

perhaps nestled under your soft blanket or resting your head on your fluffy soft pillow.

Close your eyes gently if you wish and take a deep breath in.

Hold it for a moment.

And exhale slowly, letting all the worries and noise of the day drift away on a soft breeze. And as you continue to breathe slowly and deeply, feel yourself sinking deeper into relaxation.

You might feel your body becoming lighter,

or perhaps your body may feel as though it's getting heavier, whatever your experience, just let that be okay.
