Summary

0:08.3	I grew up in the Colonial House in South Jersey.
0:12.4	It was built in, the oldest part was built in 1729.
0:17.3	That was the kitchen part and it has lots of history.
0:22.0	Colonel Benjamin Holm lived there and it was during the Revolutionary War.
0:28.7	It was, you know, ransacked and burned by the British.
0:32.6	All of the furniture was taken up to General House office in New York City.
0:38.0	So lots of crazy things have happened there throughout the years.
0:42.6	It was restored in the 30s by a man named Dr. Green because it had been abandoned in the 1800s,
0:51.0	so wildlife was literally walking through this big, beautiful house. So I got to grow up there. My parents moved there in the 1800s, so wildlife was literally walking through this big, beautiful house.

0:56.8	My parents moved there in the 80s.
0:58.8	I don't know really anything about the people that my parents bought the house from, but
1:05.0	it was always generally a very charming place to grow up when I was little.
1:09.1	I would play games with my friends and tell them that I would talk to the ghost of
1:13.1	Benjamin home every night before I went to sleep.
1:15.4	And it was all in totally good fun.

1:22.4	I would always get weird feelings there or feel like something was watching me once in a while, but never anything
