And Christopher Ray announced that he's, you know, for the good of the institution, he's going to step aside, even though he has three years left on his 10-year term and that the

director of the FBI is supposed to be an apolitical position, which spans presidential

administrations so that the law enforcement officers there are fully independent and don't, don't see themselves as actually answering to a president.

Is this bad?

It's not good.

But look, I mean, Trump had the power, has the power, or will have the power on January, when he is that nude fire, the FBI director in place.

So this doesn't change the net result of what was going to happen anyway.
