Well, hello everyone and welcome to the ice cream for PR's podcast. My name is Jeff Nippard, and I have

0:06.4

Lauren Conlin and Robin Galant joining me this week for a discussion on flexible dieting. So more

0:13.9

specifically, we're going to be focusing on some new research that Lauren has done on inclusive

0:19.4

versus exclusive dieting. Before I get into introducing our guests,

0:24.6

just a couple quick bookkeeping items from me. The first, I feel like I should address the name

0:30.5

change that I mentioned I would be doing a couple of episodes ago. I said I was going to be changing

0:36.3

the name from the Ice Cream for

1:16.6

And a lot of people said that it's sort of majoring in the miners to sort of change the name at this point,

1:21.6

given that it is growing and people are responding well to it.

1:24.6

So, for now, I'm not going to be changing the name. If that changes

1:28.9

down the future, I'll make sure I let you guys know. Other than that, if you guys would like to

1:33.7

support this podcast, you can do that by going to iTunes and giving me a rating or a review. It's

1:39.3

actually very helpful for me as a podcaster. And if you'd like to continue this discussion after

1:43.8

the podcast is over,

1:45.0

the best place to do that as of now is on my social media. So we can continue it in the
