Thank you for we're near the end of a another international break, but the good news is that

lots of people have been busy in the transfer market and Rob Dawson spent last week doing

something called transfer speed dating in Berlin.

We're also talking about the Liga title race which is probably the most exciting in Europe right now.

There's a three-horse race with the title.

And also, we're speaking to Nader Manua

about player criticism and how they react to being criticised

by people like us, the media, former players, and even fans.

So we're going to start in Berlin where Rob has been speed dating.

Well, not really, but what did you look to in Rob in Berlin? Tell us about it.

Well, I was in Berlin for transfer room, which is essentially a transfer marketplace,

you know, 300 clubs from all across the world and other 80 agencies, basically all in the same room in Berlin,

talking about transfers. As you said in the intro, it's that time of

year where clubs are starting to kind of lay the groundwork for what they may do in the summer.

So it's a really kind of important period for recruitment teams all across the world to kind of get

their ducks in a row before the deals start happening in the summer window. Actually, one of the

people I spoke to while I was in Berlin, Simon Ankerson,

who's Director of Football Relations at Transfer Room,

he tells a bit more about what it is and how it all came about.

Yeah, so we saw that clubs were struggling financially to become financially sustainable,

and a lot of that problem had originated from the transfer market.
