But much of our focus on the football show today is on the start of Mental Health Awareness Week.

It's a big subject.

Their focus is on kindness this week as well.

And later we'll be joined by Paul Merton, who's spoken so openly about his own

troubles, his own battles with mental health in the past. There's a revealing interview as well

with Craig Bellamy. And also we'll be joined by Chris Boyd, not only to reflect on the state

of play in Scotland, but also to tell us about his charity, which was launched after his own brother took his own life.
