I ever really met in my early 20s when she was the founder of Love Home Swop.

I was a very small investor in her business through the MMC Growth Generation Fund.

Being part of that fund opened me up to a whole world of entrepreneurship that I didn't realize

Before the Fame and the OBE's, Debbie Waskow was already building.

At 15, she won her first award from Young Enterprise for a scrunchy business.

She got a taste for success. Just 10 years later at 25 she co-founded Mantra PR which sold for millions in just six years. By 35, already a seasoned

entrepreneur, she took a flight with her family and saw the holiday playing on board. Instead of relaxing she turned the film into a

reality creating Love Home Swap, the world's number one home swapping platform. The big players couldn't ignore her and

sure enough six years later love home swap was sold to Windham one of the largest

hotel chains in the world for 53 million pounds.
