If you take people at their word there is an unease about us there's a

disquieting about us people believe the country is on the wrong track but honestly that may be a metaphor for just

believing that they themselves are on the wrong track. So how do our thoughts dictate our

emotions? How do our thoughts dictate our emotions dictate our actions? How do we reclaim

control over our own destinies.

That's what I want to talk about today,

and I will talk about it with Dr. Anita Phillips,

who lives and works,

and I love the way that she has phrased what she does.

culture, and mental health.

We can actually spend about an hour just thinking about what that means to live and work at the

intersection of faith, culture, and mental health. So there seems to be a crisis at least to me at each one of those stop signs a crisis in our country
