This focus on the process is so important and reminded me of a quote from the Hindu scripture,

of work must never be your motive in working. And that's so important for writers. And Stephen Pressfield quotes that also in his

book, do the work. And I always love to come back to that. And I was thinking about it at the moment

because I'm deep into first draft writing. And, you know, it's, it is digging stuff out of yourself.
