Hello there. Welcome back to another episode of the Manifest Podcast. My name is Sarah Proust.

But today I want to talk about the theme and topic of affirmations,

how we use the power of the spoken word to attract and magnetize into our reality what we really want.

And something occurred to me lately that I don't actually think it's the subject matter

that really, really matters at all when it comes to affirmations. It's the feeling

component how it lights you up from within, how it helps to change the landscape of frequency in your oaric field.

So I thought it's definitely worthwhile to dive into that subtle nuance in a whole new way.
