Then I hope I'm not misbegin here or misremembering to use the Roger Clemens word, but I think this

is maybe the only episode or it's got to be one of the few where we actually see the police

like acting like the fucking police like really being the police. You know what I'm saying?

You're like, Oh, shit, they can't be the police. Um, cops. Yeah, they can be cops. And

we are now on episode 11, the hunt in season one of the wire and to bring everybody up

to speed, uh, Kim has been shot. And so now appropriately, there is a man hunt taking

place. Hence why the title of this episode is called the hunt. But your police be policing

in this shit. They do. They do. Yeah, police. And that was my biggest takeaway. I was like,

holy shit. Is is Jay Lansman actually like on the crime scene, like doing something that

is constructive. I mean, I didn't even know what to do with all this thing. Rawls like

behave like a human being. Like what's happening here? Yeah. Like, Kima, we talked a little

bit about Kim and how she was one of the people that sort of ties the police department

together. And this one kind of shows the underlying importance to everybody of being police.
