Joined as always my co-ist Nick Vallado.

They were here to do a little bit of touching, a little sprinkling, as some might say,

of snow on the ground outside.

And we're going to touch on some early steps and early thoughts and ideas on how Brian

Dable and Joe Shane, who were both brought back by New York Football Giants,

can take the opening steps and the foundation of turning this football team around.

So just looking around how things have gone with their teams and what they can do this

offseason to kind of turn this thing around.

For me, Nick, it kind of starts with following a blueprint similar to the

Eagles. And that blueprint would be, in my mind, at least, finding a way to deprioritize

matching talent with need as your process, which I think has kind of taken over the giants,

both in free agency and specifically in the draft.

And being more of a team that is looking to draft the best player of Elb, but also

looking to put an onus on building the trenches.

And I mean a real strong onus on this.
