1:31.0	We just always underestimate the power of a kind word,
1:38.3	a friendly smile, a pat on the back, a genuine compliment,
1:45.0	a word of encouragement, a listening ear.
1:50.0	Those are all the ways you can show care at work.
1:54.0	It's not that hard, it's not rocket science.
