If I had to pick my favorite trope in like a dark romance to see, can you guess what my favorite book trope is?

Is it enemies to lovers?

Is it rags to riches?

Is it a reverse harem?

I don't know what reverse herron is.

It's one girl and like 50 dudes, buddy.

It's when the whole motorcycle gang is obsessed with one girl.

And somehow all the motorcycle gang members are kind of related and it's kind of incestuous, but like maybe it's not,

listen, that's not even my favorite trope. I have one singular favorite trope of

just imagine this there is a room full of people.

It's the conference of rulers.

There's something very important to decide who is going to be the next king.

And usually you know exactly who it's gonna be.

It's gonna be this guy that's sitting right there, that's been a prince for all his life,

and then you're like, okay, well obviously he's gonna be the next king but then the door slams open and a man walks in and he's unbelievably attractive that is very important later on okay and he slams open the door and he says,

I am the next king.

And you're like, who the fuck is that guy?

Who let him in?

And you have to wonder, you think to yourself for a brief moment,

is that mental illness?

Because like why does he think he's king?

But then then you find out he is the child of the former king who is now gone and
