The way we report the coronavirus outbreak,

the way we all discuss it has changed dramatically in the last few weeks.

But what effect is it having on the news and on us? In this episode we explore

the explosion in words that until relatively recently barely crossed the pages of the papers.

That's with Times Data journalist Daniel Clark who's been digging in to the archives.

Julius Samuel, a psychotherapist and author of this too shall pass, explains the impact that all this

grim news has on us and how we should react to it, and no it doesn't involve over sharing

online.

Plus we've got Ian Brunskill, assistant editor of the Times on the way the paper has recalibrated

its language in an attempt to be more constructive.
