Where we last slept off? The three of you, captains of the Ribside Pirates, rushed into the

stronghold known as the promise, Bashtun.

We were trapped in the darkness and hunted by these grotesque hollowed creatures with eerie intelligence and some nefarious purpose.

Gillian survived only by his use, uses of Death Ward's magic,

but had his DNA extracted into a doppel ganger version that nearly killed Chipp.

Jay made it to the top floor of the stronghold, her grandmother's office, the Admiral. the Somehow you all managed to escape with your lives and your crew and a empty version of Doppelg, heading out to the seat with the dark knowledge that is unknown to the rest of the world

waiting to be learned.

And so the journey continues.

You infiltrated, though I might have forgotten to describe it.

You guys were at the stronghold at night time.

Can we even tell though, like what time of day?

Yeah, yeah, because at nighttime it's almost pitch black in the black sea.

So as you get further and further away from the stronghold,

where there was the glow from the arcane cannons and stuff like that,

it just gets darker and darker all around you besides

the lights you have on the ship. But I'd say your guys are at least a few hours away, like you have

traveled a few hours now. At least it feels like it and the stronghold is no longer in sight.

Everybody has been taking this a moment now to just stop paddling the ship in a

direction and actually reconvene with the captains and discuss whatever you guys need to before heading to long rest and continuing the travel the next day.

Double Gillian, keep those oars moving. You see he's just like lying a limb.

He's like a lip on the ground.

It's like weird because it's still breathing but it's totally not alive.
