You mentioned that three to 10 million, the main problem is, did you say, delegation?

So the thing that you at every stage is delegation.

Yeah, yeah.

The challenge is we need to delegate different things.

And so three to 10 million, we have to delegate results.

And what I mean by that is we have to have someone who is capable of leading.

Yeah, you might still be mapping the strategy.

You're probably setting the goals, right?

But then giving those goals to someone and collaborating with them to say, hey, here's the

strategy.

What are your best ideas?

Let's kind of mash it into a plan together.

And now they're fully accountable for making that plan happen.

You know, they're accountable for the execution

of it, the reporting the scorecard, the solving the problems. They are on the hook for driving

results in a key area. It could be results in marketing, could be results in product, could be results

in, you know, whatever it is sales acquisitions. So we have to learn how to hire.

We have to learn how to train.

We have to change our cadence as a leader on how we meet with that person on the weekly basis or monthly basis to be able to drive it.

But delegating results at 3 to 10 is what's key.
