audio left on the cutting room floor. And today, a speed round with Jesse Tyler Ferguson, best known for his role in the TV

show Modern Family, and he's a Tony Award-winning Broadway actor. On last week's show, Jesse

expressed his nostalgic love for the food of his home state. New Mexican food has a lot of

cheddar cheese. It's a little more sloppy looking.

I don't know how else to describe it.

One of my favorite dishes is the green chili chicken enchilada,

and it's just usually smothered in red and green chili.

And the green chili, it's hatched green chili in kind of like a tomato sauce.
