Before you tell your story, I just want to thank the Lego movie for really turning around my mood on Monday night.

You actually saw that happen, right?

I went into the theater really, really not wanting to see the Lego movie or any movie.

I had been up all night the night before until 4.30, writing about Philip Seymour Hoffman.

I was incredibly sad I was incredibly tired.

I mean, it was in a cold, slushy freezing day.

Do you remember that?

I just walked in saying, like, this movie had better be really good because it's going to take a lot to make me feel better.
