I, listen, we have to talk about Gaza at some point this week. At the moment, I, the problem is this.

They're running out of food and medicine, which is, of course, a direct consequence of Israel's

decision to stop aid getting into the strip, something that many people consider to be a war crime.

It could be pretty interesting to see what the defense against that accusation would be.

Six weeks ago it was that Israel blocked food, fuel, medicine and other items from entering the region.

Even the bakeries that were providing the basics,

just bread for hundreds of thousands of people have already shut down. 47 community kitchens which provide, wait for it, lentils, plain pasta and rice have reduced the size of their

portions. And the list goes on. But of course, there's, there's hardly any

journalists on the ground there to talk to. And it's not as if I can open up my phone lines to people

who are there and ask what it's actually like. So I just want you to know at four minutes after

10 this Monday morning that that is, that's at the top of my list of things that I have to find a way into

before the end of this week. And I will, but I can't currently, and I'm sorry about that,

but I can't sit here for an hour and talk to you. Some days, of course, that's rather tempting,

but not, not with subject matter as grim and as grisly as this. I just want you to know that I'm doing my very best to get as across the detail as I can

and then finding a way in which we can have a conversation about it.
