Hey there, hi there, and welcome to episode 279 of connecting with Walt.

I am your host and is historian Michael Bowling.

I am joined by my co-host, executive producer and good friend Craig Williams.

Craig, how are you today?

I'm doing great. How are you, Michael?

I'm doing fine. Thank you. So you are fresh off of running from one kingdom to the other and back again.

I am, and I'm about as exhausted as you could be. but I shouldn't even say that because there was,

there were a lot of people there who went from doing the, the dopey challenge in Walt Disney World trying to think of like when this is coming out. They went from the dopey challenge one

weekend, only had a couple days off and then went in and did, most of them did the Dumbo challenge plus the 5K.

So they were talking about it a lot during that weekend.

If you did all four Walt Disney World races, plus the three out in Disneyland, you did the seven races.

You did like 71 miles over basically the course of like 11 days, which I, that's just

absolutely insane.

I am so happy and proud for everyone who did it.

But yeah, that was not me, not me.

But we, we struggled.

And obviously I'm here. So, so we, we made it through and I've got all my medals to, to show whatever little bit of success there is from it.
