Summary

Part One – Villisca In June of 1912, an entire household was brutally slain in the small town of Villisca, Iowa. No one was ever brought to justice for the crime and evidence now suggests that it may have been just one of a large number of families murdered by the same killer. Who was the man from the train? Part Two – Modus Operandi More than a century after the mysterious murders at Villisca, author Bill James and his daughter Rachel believe that they have not only mapped out the full extent of the man from the train’s crimes, but also identified exactly who he was.
