Money is a promise. Yes, right. So it's based on trust.

Contract with the future. Absolutely. Yeah, and with strangers, right? With people you don't know, which is really quite remarkable.

China is the biggest producer of gold and the biggest buyer of gold. They're also printing money like crazy.

So basically countries are just printing money, but they're also buying gold at the same time because they know they're making their money worthless.

Yeah, so money is the most liquid good. It's a price signal that tells us what things are worth.

We need a language of value and that's effectively what money is.

I think that strikes at the heart of why Bitcoin is so important because this is the most beautiful

technology I've ever seen.
