0:56.1	The can was in a residential area, so police went from apartment to apartment seeing if anyone knew anything valuable.
1:02.4	Inside of one, they found the carpet had been removed and the faint signs of what they suspected might be blood.
1:08.7	The apartment belonged to a 36-year-old woman named Angela Simpson,
1:12.5	who was already in jail on an unrelated charge. Two weeks after the body was found,
1:18.6	police had Angela in their interrogation room, and she was ready to, very proudly, give her testimony.
1:25.7	She claimed that the man was 46-year-old Terry Neely, a man confined to a
1:30.5	motorized scooter and living in an assisted care facility, that she lured him to her apartment
