John F. Kennedy Jr. What a resume. What a future he had. A lawyer, a journalist, a magazine publisher,

of course, the son of President John F. Kennedy. And it was on the evening of July 16, 1999.

He died when the airplane he was flying crashed in the Atlantic Ocean. About seven and a half

miles west of Martha's Vineyard. And his wife, Carolyn Beset and Sister-in-law Lauren Beset,

were also on board and died. It was a Piper Saratoga light aircraft. It departed from New Jersey's

Essex County Airport. And its intended route was along the coastline of Connecticut and across
