Hello, hello, and welcome back to another fluently forward podcast episode.

How's everyone going?

Everyone doing, guys, it's like 6.30 on a Monday right now, and I'm recording a little

prelude to this before work.

So I hope everyone's doing well.

I just wanted to come on and give a little bit of, I don't know, explanation of what this

episode is.

You can see that it is two hours long, and it's just a really fantastic, fun conversation

with my friend, Kira Sullivan.

So she's also a fellow TikToker, she, her handle is at Super Kira, she also does comedy

here in New York City, and I'm really excited to have her on.

I remember when I first saw her TikTok page, I was like, it just feels like I grew up with

this person, you know?

Sometimes you just, you catch a vibe, and everything she sells is funny, but it's also

intelligent, but not in a way that makes you feel stupid.

I really, I can't say enough nice things about Kira in this episode, I think, honestly,

it's fantastic.

Like we recorded two hours, and I took out maybe a minute and a half, because I just wanted

to keep it all in.

That being said, the sound quality, I am so new to this thing, and I set it up the same

way I did for the Sex and the City episode, and it just comes across a little bit more

grainy, so I wanted to give you a four warning.
