I hope you all were surviving this week.

The lockdown looks like it's going on and on,

and the joy there is that we're going to keep bringing you House of Rugby as we do.

House of Rugby Shorts, as I'm sure you're beginning to know by now,

is no House, no Tens. It's exactly what it says on the 10th.

An interesting guest each week during the lockdown to help us all get through it a little bit more easily.

And if you're new to the format, we just do 20 minutes or so with straight rugby chat.

And that doesn't fall to the opportunity even to speak to people like our guests today.

And Chris Kio is the chairman of Harbourn Rugby Club in Birmingham.

And they play at level seven of the game in the mid-North West three.

Chris is a ridiculous question given everything that's going on right now.

How are you? How is life?

I'm very well. Thank you Alex. Life is interesting, different.

I'm not sure, you know, I can stand much more being locked in slide,

but we know the reasons why we need to do it.

So we've got to support it. But another three weeks,

it might be going a bit stahrazy, but stay strong as you do.
