One of the us. What's up?

Man, look at us. So we are in a studio for the first time. I had to put clothes on for this one.

There's video because we had something big in the works. It was shit. It wasn't in the works. It was like locked in.

We were down 24 hours until you know it's time to do what we did and it fell through and it fell through because a few episodes back.

No, that's not why. Like I said, in baseball you never talk about a no-hitter. You talked about it. Look what happened.

No, I was trying to manifest in the works in the opposite direction for me.

So Bethany, because you are the boss here, you get shit done. What happened?

Okay, so we all know I have a friend and we've talked about this before but everything was ready to go with this friend to come on the pod.

And the flights were bought. We bought her flights to come out here. We booked the studio. Everything was done. The hotel everything was done.

And I get an email from my favorite network of all time and basically telling me that if this girl gets on the plane,

we will be in big trouble. And they want like first interview rights with her and they want all these different things and they want us to reschedule so that they can be here to listen to the podcast and stop it if need be.

And all these different things and we went back and forth with our manager for like a few days and it was like the day before when they finally were like, no, she's not coming.

Like officially, it's done. So, fuck big networks, I guess.

No, yeah, they were not happy about it at all. It's just so weird too because I would never like schedule something without, I don't know, checking with the people around me.

So it was just like a big mess and really disappointing because we did put a lot of money into it.

And then our manager was like, oh, we'd love to get reimbursed since you guys have been blocking this for the flights and that were like $700 and for the studio and all that.

And they were like, no, no, we're not doing that.

Yeah, definitely. Obviously, you know, Bethany was very upset. But it just kind of sucks and it's something for us that we just have to learn and go and forward.

If we're going to pay for things, if we're going to get things emotionally.

No, I'm never paying for anything again. They need to pay for it and then I'll reimburse that. That's how it's working from now on.
