0:29.9	So this season we were introduced to one of the most beloved characters in the Avatarverse
0:34.9	and iconic Earthbender who was not afraid of anything, not huge wrestlers, not her parents,

0:44.9	We're excited to reshare our conversation with our two dads, Mike DiMartino and Brian Canetzco
0:49.9	on the origins of Toff and how they created the world's greatest bender in the form of a sassy 12-year-old girl.

1:02.9	We thought it might be Kota bringing a couple of people who were there when Toff was first conceptualized because

1:10.9	Yeah, that's right, buddy. Way back in the early aughts, Mike DiMartino and Brian Canetzco
1:15.9	created a powerful Earthbender.
1:17.9	One more powerful than anyone we'd seen before. One who learned how to Earthbend from
1:22.9	the world's first Earthbenders themselves, the Badger Moles, one who could strike fear
1:27.9	in the hearts of even the most powerful benders, and one who didn't see the world
1:32.9	in quite the same way as the rest of, say, Team Avatar.
