From A&E, this is Panama City Beach, Florida. Just a few steps from the Gulf of Mexico sits a string of beachfront homes. Inside one of

them a phone is ringing. Jennifer Sybers waits for her mom Kaye to pick up, but

the phone goes unanswered. Jennifer makes her way down the hall to her mother's bedroom.
