So we are in a series, a collection of talks called Jesus Saves.

And I love what Pastor Louis has brought to us these last few weeks.

I hope you've been enjoying them.

I have been following Jesus for decades.

I know you can't tell, but for decades I've been following Jesus.

And I just, even just listening to how he is being laying out what the gospel is,

I found my heart skipping and being encouraged, being inspired.

And I just want to encourage us, as we think of the gospel,

so often we can reduce the gospel down to four spiritual laws or something

like that. And there's nothing wrong with that for spiritual laws. But when we reduce the gospel,

like somebody once asked a guy called A.W. Tozer, what is the irreducible minimum of the gospel

for the gospel, right? He said, why on earth would I think of the gospel in an irreducible minimum

fashion? I want the gospel to be as big and as great as as possible. And one of the things I've

appreciated just over in this series is being freshly excited about the work of God through Jesus in the world. And we're going to continue that on

this morning. And in case you missed any of the talks, I would encourage you to go back and listen to them.

It's really just a wonderful collection of talks. But in case you weren't there, or you have a memory like minds,

which is about the same length

as a memory of a goldfish, which are not renowned for their memory.
