You've been thinking about this for a while. I've been thinking about this for a while.

I've been thinking about this for a long time and I've never talked about it publicly because I felt

it relates to or applies to such a small segment of leaders and I could be completely wrong about that so I was

with about 25 or 26 leaders around the country that all lead really large organizations

and I thought well I know this applies to them so it was only the first time I just you know

sort of mused about what I call the principle of strategic presence strategic

presence I just made that up there may be better descriptor but essentially the

principle of strategic presence says this that if you stand in one place long enough, the organization will eventually organize around you.

That if you stand in one place in the organization long enough, or if you sit in one seat in an organization long enough, the organization

the organization will eventually, without any effort,

it will eventually organize around you.
