I'm doing well.

I think this might be our fifth day in a row of the podcast,

because we had the emergency pod.

We had practice. I could be wrong, but I think, yeah, we're a nice little streak here.

Yeah, we weren't planning on doing a pod on Thursday, but if you guys haven't seen that, we kind of broke down the Jahan-Datsman trade.

We talked to J.P. Finley from NBC down in Washington, so good stuff there if you're expecting to come on here and hear us talking about Johan Dodson go listen to that podcast there's a half hour of Johan Dodson talk. Yeah, and good good stuff from JP. He's very insightful. Yeah he had a lot of good stuff. That was a fun

insightful interview. Today we have something fun since we're technically through

training camp we watched 16 practices and two preseason games so far I have a

bowl here if you're watching you see it's a yellow bowl it's a Tupperware yellow bowl. It's normally my salad bowl when I'm at home.
