This podcast documents my encounter with real-life samurai Richi Kitano, who I can only describe as a modern-day Jedi.

Not only does he train hours a day in the way of the sword, but of course, there are no sword battles.

So what is he doing? He's training his own capability to use these practices that can harness his

chi, his life force energy, his gratitude into creating the most optimal life for himself,

protecting those around him, and carrying on an unbroken lineage that extends back hundreds and hundreds of years in time.

It's been a dream of mine to encounter a real samurai, to understand what makes them operate,

what the discipline is required, and what the capabilities are for an individual who has reached that level of mastery
