0:32.2	how, you know, they don't want to overpay their broker or the bird dog or the wholesaler who
0:40.7	brought them the deal, even though the deal meets all their criteria, it is exactly what

0:47.3	And they're focused on this broker who, or wholesaler essentially, who locked up a deal and instead of you know maybe a normal
0:57.7	industry standard type of commission structure this dude's going to clip like half a million
1:02.5	bucks and so i kind of dug in a little bit further and said okay well are you getting the deal
1:09.3	that you want let's just set aside how much this guy's making.
1:12.1	Do the numbers make sense for you and pencil for you? Is this something that is, you know,
1:16.5	just a decent deal and he needs to maybe lower his commission a little bit to make it a little bit
1:20.6	sweeter and more, you know, juicy for everybody involved? And he's like, no, it's a great deal.
1:26.0	I'm getting what I believe to be an amazing deal.
1:29.7	I just don't know if I feel comfortable with this guy making a half a million bucks.
1:32.6	And I'm like, why?
1:34.9	Why is that even a big deal?
1:36.1	Why do you care?
1:37.8	And it brings me back to what one of my early mentors taught me, which was, if you get exactly what you're looking for, then you've got to be
