Welcome back to daily breath. I'm Deepak Chopra. The 13th secret is about personal freedom. You cannot be

truly free if your interactions with the universe are personal. Because the ego, the personal identity, always has an agenda, always has a stake

at the cost of others. Today let's try an exercise where we practice. Wake up as early as you usually do and let your mind look forward to the day ahead. Notice your

thoughts on work day routine, notice your thoughts about yesterday, notice your work, maybe the problems at work,

and all the things that are happening,

and then move in and out of this awareness with the intention of clearing these

images that you're having. In fact at this point encourage experiencing fuzzy awareness. At this point instead of

images your mind will settle on feelings the sensation of having a simple experience. And now meet the day at the level of

incubation, which means let feelings settle in your being.

And as you become intimate with these feelings,

make a decision that today you will feel your way through the day, that you will focus on feeling peace

through the day, that you will focus on feeling harmony through the day, that you will

focus on feeling creative through the day, that you will focus on feeling creative through the day, that you will focus on feeling loving through the day, that you will feel whole, not fragmented, but connected with all that exists through the day. The You are opening a channel in your own awareness through which renewal, peace, harmony, creativity, love and wholeness
