Summary

One night, while packing for a trip, she saw a tall, dark figure walk by her room and push her door open. At first, she thought it was her stepdad playing a prank, but after checking, he was asleep in the living room. 0:30.1	I'm from Gelsberg, Illinois.
0:33.1	I just wanted to share a quick ghost story with you.
0:36.8	It's about a shadow person in my home.
0:41.3	I do have quite a few more, but I'll just share this one for now. Since it's my first one,
0:46.2	I find it kind of cool. So I was in high school. I'm 25 now. So it was my, I think, sophomore year, so I'd be about 16. We just started driving.
1:00.0	And it was like December, and my friend called me while I was at home. She said she just
1:10.0	witnessed a car accident. It happened right in front of her.
1:12.7	I don't think it was anything major, but it kind of scared her. It was our first witnessing a car
1:18.5	accident kind of thing, you know, would creep you out when you first get your driver's license
1:22.9	and stuff like that. So she was like, and then you stay the night of my house. It was a Friday night.
1:28.4	So I was like, yeah, sure, come over and pick me up. So she came over, came inside, and I was
1:35.3	packed my bags in my room to go to her house. And my room, it's connected to the hallway of my house.
1:47.2	My house is kind of small.
1:49.1	And my room was small as well.
1:52.1	You can really just fit a bed and a dresser in there, and it's kind of packed.
1:58.3	But my bed, the head of my bed, shared the wall with the hallway and my door was right there.
2:06.3	Like when I get out of bed, I just walk out the door to my right.
