Summary

On Sept. 18, 1989, a silent alarm sends authorities to a convenience store in Lake City, Fla. They arrive to find the store's cashier missing. Her body is discovered under a nearby bridge two days later. Nearly 30 years later, the murder of Darlene Messer remains unsolved, but investigators tell FirstCoastNews Anchor Katie Jeffries the case is solvable.
