So over the last week, I have done some moss mining experiments, and it took the entire week

to do them more or less, because it happened across a couple of streams and I've had a couple of other busy days this week. But I have been doing a side-by-side comparison of pale moss versus green moss to decide whether pale moss is as effective or if not more effective for moss mining, which is the technique where you bonemeal a large area so that every block in the area turns into moss,
