So Anna, I have to ask what inspired you to write this book.

Yeah, so if you haven't read my books, all of my books are set in the same universe.

So the male lead after Donovan, he had actually shown up in my previous books before as a side character and he kind of just popped up on his own. Like I never really went in planning to make him a side character,

but then he showed up and I was like, wow,
