Last week we took a look at Thomas Aquinas's commentary on Ephesians. And we looked at Chapter 6 of Ephesians in which St. Paul talks about putting on the armor of God. And you'll remember if you looked at last week's episode, if you haven't, please go back

0:27.4	Aquinas says that armor does three things, right? It clothes us, and then it protects us,
0:34.1	and then it defends us. Right. So it clothes us. We talked about that last week with going,
0:38.9	goining, girding our loins with the truth. And then it protects us. So you think of a shield
0:44.1	protecting us. And then thirdly, it can be used to defend ourselves, but also to be proactive and
0:50.3	to attack. And so today we're going to conclude this section of chapter six in which
