This message is called the thread of glory and what we looked at a few weeks ago was the threat of grace how it all through scripture not just in the gospels not just at the cross

not just in the death burial and resurrection of Jesus is their grace in scripture, but from the

beginning to the end is God's grace. Because grace, if you remember, as we talked about, grace,

you remember our definition, anybody? Awesome. Is God at work?

So what is glory then?

If this is the counter today, what is glory?

Well, glory we're going to define as God's, God's weight and worth.

Grace is God at work.

I didn't do it.

God did it.

I couldn't do it.

God did it.

That's grace.

Not just when you get saved, amen. Every moment of

every day. It's God at work in us to do what we cannot do and what is glory. Glory is God's

weight and his worth. The Old Testament word in the Hebrew for glory is Kabad or Kaboad. And Kaboad is a word

that translates to weight. And so when you see the word glory in the Old Testament, what

it's saying is weightiness. In other words, God's not flimsy. He's not tinfoil, God's got substance and he's got weight,
