I'm intrigued to see what might transpire in the next 45 minutes to an hour.

We were a little worried.

We're like that fat guy in a marathon who's like struggling towards the finish line, but we finally got through.

We've got, we might have an unseemly stain on the back of our pants.

We might have injuries that'll just, you know, last us for the rest of our lives,

but we're here.

We're made it to the very end.

I was about to say, we're a little concerned walking into season 17.

We're like, are we entering the quote-unquote bad patch?

Are we entering the badlands?

But I think more often not perhaps more often than not or more often than we expected we were kind of pleasantly surprised

by the quality of the episodes or the enjoyment that we derive from now whether that's because

our expectations were were rock bottom were bedrock low, or the show still has the capacity to surprise and delight.

Who knows?

I think it's a bit of both.
