Hello and happy new year. So I guess it's safe to say if you're listening to this,

it's already 2025. I know that it's because it's currently all about 9.30 p.m. December 31st.

I am planning on doing this sooner, but my full-time job had other plans.

There's a few things I want to talk about before we get started on this special episode,

and we'll talk about that as well here shortly.

First, I want to talk about Jerry's life ceremony.

I must admit, I had never quite been to one like this before.

As you all know, Jerry recorded his own eulogy. I will admit, I was expecting a lot of laughs and jokes,

but I could not have been any farther from the truth.

Now don't get me wrong, there were a few jokes and even a, that's what she said,

Jad.

But I think Gabor Warren, including his family, heard a side of Jerry that I don't think

most of us knew existed.

We'd never heard the sound inerry before. He started out saying

how much he loved his podcast family, how he loved and respected his listeners. He held you guys on

such a high pedestal. He really get to appreciate every single one of you. He then went on to his family.

The things that Jerry said were so full of love and they were so private. What we heard was truly

meant for his family and his family alone.

And all of us who were there, we were just honored to be there to witness it.

And this brings me to my next point.

Because his Yuji was so meaningful and so private, judging the family have asked to keep

Yuluchi private. I fully support their decision with a 100% heartfelt agreement. I truly feel what we
