0:21.4	Thank you. I'm excited to be here. You were a former prosecutor for the Brooklyn DA office.
0:25.3	And you also served as chief of trials on Homicide Bureau. Is that right? Did I say that right?
0:31.1	It's a long title and that's why it's hard to say. Okay. But that is like, you know, if you're there long enough, there's only so many titles they have, so they start to create them.
0:40.2	Well, that makes me feel a lot better because my face is blushing now.
0:41.0	Yeah, no, no.
0:45.5	It's, I was a homicide prosecutor for 16 of my 21 years in the Brooklyn DA's office.
0:51.0	And that basically just means that I was there as an assistant, always trying cases the entire time.
0:57.8	But after being there for a while, I was a supervisor. Ultimately, that was my last title, which really just meant that I really focused on helping the newer assistance with their trials.
1:01.4	How did you get into law?
1:04.6	Like, did you always want to be an attorney?
1:07.1	No, I think just one day when my dad asked me, my first year of college, what I wanted to be.
1:12.0	I had to think about it probably for the first time.
1:13.7	And I was like, I want to be a teacher or a lawyer.
1:15.7	And that was it.
