what's going on guys welcome into today's show i was just wrapping up a training on chat gpt and how we are

utilizing this tool inside of my real estate investment business and how our team and our

staff and everybody's using it. And really how it's just kind of become not only a valuable

resource and tool, but it's almost become a requirement and a necessity for everybody to

learn how to leverage this platform in our company just from the sole fact that it just created

so much efficiency. It just created so much efficiency.

It's created so much value and really has done a ton of heavy lifting.
