Turn to Ephesians 4.

For the last couple of weeks, we've been asking the question,

are we in the age of apostasy?

And the answer is yes.

I am doing a study on the nature of apostasy. We all have heard about the words, you know, the falling away, the apostasy, the latter day falling away from a faith, etc.

But what does it really mean in real terms to us in the body of Christ?

And so I wanted to look at a few signs of the times.

And last week, if you recall, I did a study based upon a question

that somebody asked me at the end of the preceding week's teaching.

And the question was, what is the Apostles' Doctrine?

Because the Apostles' Doctrine is mentioned in two or three places.

And Apostolos, Apostle in English, means someone who is sent.

Doctrine, which we're going to touch upon today, comes from the Greek word didaskalas,

which we get, where we get our English word, didactic, which means a form of structured teaching.

So the Apostles Doctrine is a form of structured teaching

delivered by the Apostles.

And somebody might say I'm already bored.
